The room was exceptionally clean with a very comfy bed and quality pillows, ensuring a restful night. Shower pressure was excellent, and the availability of a fridge was a nice addition. However, the check-in process was disorganized, with room assignments requiring multiple changes. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of mold, which detracted from the overall experience.

Great place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff once helped me with great restaurant recommendations. I’ll be back for a weekend!

During our three-night visit, we enjoyed the quiet comfort of our corner suite. The friendly staff made us feel welcomed and helped us with tips for local dining options. Don’t miss the complimentary breakfast. their fresh pastries were a delightful way to start each day!

I loved relaxing in the quiet Standard King Room while enjoying the complimentary breakfast each morning. The pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The elevator could use some updates, but overall, I had a great stay! 😊

Had a great time with friends! We explored Gillette Stadium and checked out the Southwick Zoo, both just a short drive away. The accommodations were comfy and the staff were really friendly. The area offers many attractions and a good variety of dining options, so there's plenty to do.

One downside was the gas situation nearby. I had to get my tank filled by a worker, which was a bit inconvenient.

During my stay, I loved how Choate Park was just about 4.5 km away, perfect for a relaxing walk, and if I didn't feel like venturing far, there were plenty of eateries nearby like Dunkin' Donuts just around the corner, which made grabbing breakfast a breeze. as a couple, we appreciated the hotel’s comfortable amenities that made relaxing after a day out enjoyable, but I did notice that the housekeeping could improve their attention to detail.

The building showed its age with peeling ceilings and a stale smell throughout the hallways. Elevators felt outdated and slow, making the wait a bit frustrating. Room temperature control proved tricky, with the AC struggling to keep things comfortable, and certain noise levels felt intrusive, especially near the elevator. Multiple issues arose, like needing to reset key cards and misleading pricing on checkout which soured the experience somewhat. Not having shampoo readily available on the second morning was another minor inconvenience as well.
